Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller identification

VELORO is an online store operated by Ultras-Sites, established in Portugal. For any question or complaint, customer service is available by email: contact@veloro.shop. Full seller details (company name, NIF, CAE, registered address) are listed in the Legal Notice.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales made by VELORO to its customers through the online store available on the ultras-sites.com website.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustration purposes only. VELORO reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

All products are new and comply with current European regulations, in particular CE standards.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VELORO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is validated.

5. Order and payment

Payment is made via Mollie, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. VELORO accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The order is confirmed once payment is validated by Mollie. A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided when ordering.

6. Delivery

Products ship from European warehouses within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days within Western Europe.

In case of delay, VELORO cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather, carrier logistics issues).

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with applicable European consumer law, you have a 14-day period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons.

VELORO offers an extended return policy of 30 days. To initiate a return, contact our customer service by email. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days following receipt of the returned product, via the payment method used at the time of order.

8. Legal warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or the CNIACC (Portuguese National Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre). Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts.
